Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flux at flux.elegantatomics.com (the "Service"), operated by Elegant Atomics. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Flux analyzes publicly available LinkedIn post data and presents it as interactive analytics dashboards. We retrieve data from public LinkedIn profiles using third-party scraping services. We do not access private profiles or require LinkedIn credentials.

Accounts

When you purchase a plan, we create an account using the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email. One account per email address.

Payments and refunds

• Starter ($20): One-time payment. Non-recurring.
• Autopilot ($30/year): Annual subscription. Auto-renews unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal in Settings.
• Automatic refund: If we cannot retrieve data for your profile (private, restricted, or no posts), you are refunded automatically.
• Manual refund: For any other reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell data obtained through the Service.
• Abuse the refund policy.
• Create accounts using automated means.

Data accuracy

We present data as retrieved from public LinkedIn profiles. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of LinkedIn data. LinkedIn may change their platform at any time, which could affect the Service.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegant Atomics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
