Flux ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Elegant Atomics. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use flux.elegantatomics.com (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: Your email address, provided at checkout or sign-up.
• LinkedIn profile URL: The public profile URL you submit for analysis.
• LinkedIn post data: Publicly available post content, engagement metrics, and metadata retrieved from the LinkedIn profile you provide.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain your Stripe customer ID for billing management.
• Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide your analytics dashboard and reports.
• To send transactional emails (report ready, account updates, subscription status).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve the Service.

Data we do NOT collect

• We never ask for your LinkedIn password or login credentials.
• We do not access private LinkedIn data. We only analyze publicly visible posts.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Supabase: Database and authentication hosting. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Loops: Transactional email delivery. See Loops' Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Website hosting. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Third-party data providers: We use third-party services to retrieve publicly available LinkedIn post data on your behalf. These providers only access public information.

Data retention

We retain your account and post data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Stripe may retain payment records as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing services@elegantatomics.com.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security on our database, and secure API key management. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
